PROF. DR. ÖZLEM TÜRKŞEN (OPTIMIZATION METHODS AND PYTHON APPLICATIONS)

The problems, encountered in the fields of science, health, social, economics, engineering, etc. in the real world, can be defined as optimization problems in which the optimal solution is seeking under certain constraints. Solution of optimization problems has great importance for decision making. It is desired to reach the optimal solution by using appropriate optimization methods in a short time and easily with minimum error.In this course, it is aimed that expressing real-world problems as optimization problems, providing information about optimization methods and demonstrating the applicability of optimization methods by using Python libraries. Congress participants who need optimization methods and applied optimization examples in Python are invited to this course.
